Understanding God and His divine order is uncomprehensible. I never understood as a child how my mother would explain to me the concept of "LEAP YEAR". When God created the world, He designed every year with a cycle of 365 days. Every four years, we have a year with a cycle of 366 days, this year is call "LEAP YEAR". The year 2008 is considered a "LEAP YEAR" with 366 days in it. Even studying the biblical numerology system, I could not find any spiritual revelance, so thus all I have to say is that you have an extra day this year to get it right!!!!!!!
